Return & Exchange

Unused, unwashed WAPS shoes in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after being delivered.
We know you need to try them on for fit and comfort, but be sure to wear them only on clean surfaces indoors (never outdoors). We cannot accept any shoes that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Remember that you can make one (1) free return or exchange. If after making an exchange, you wish to make another exchange or return, you will be responsible for logistical costs.
Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the new pair is unavailable when delivering the exchange, you must wait for the new pair to be in stock.

How do I change Items?

1. Contact us at hello@wapsworld.com. Please write "Exchange" on the email subject and add also your order number.
2. We will reach out to you soon with instructions.

How do I return Items?

In WAPS we effort to give you a safe experience in your purchase. If you want to retutn the item, you can easily do it. We will process the refund or exchange according to your request. We won't ask your return reasons!
